We aim to get back to you within two working days, although please note that our administration days are Tuesdays and Thursdays which is when we will typically respond.

All consultations are now carried out online or by telephone.

Pricing

As at September 2023.

Appointments are charged at a fixed price and a 25% interpretation fee is added to the cost of investigations. This reflects the time spent in preparing and interpreting results according to complexity. Please contact the practice for further details.

Invoices for packages will be sent by email prior to your appointment and should be paid by bank transfer. We ask that invoices are settled within 7 days of receipt and reserve the right to charge 50% of the fee if appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (unless there are exceptional circumstances). We cannot provide any reports or results until outstanding invoices have been paid.
